Starters: Carrot and coriander soup; Chicken liver parfai with melba toast; Parma ham with roast pepper salad.
Mains: Saute chicken breast, creamed leeks, black pudding and mushrooms; Pan fried salmon with crushed new potatoes and crayfish butter; Riso past and spiced aubergine with cucumber dressing.
Deserts: Lemon tart with raspberry sorbet; Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream; Selection of ice creams.
